That's why this company quotes and installs the way it does. We know what a facilities manager, a GC, or a dealer looks for on a walk, because one of us used to be the person doing the walking: are the frames plumb, are the anchors right, is the aisle where the drawing said, and did anybody sweep up.

Every job is priced from a free walkthrough, because frame height and depth, beam length and capacity, levels, decking, accessories, freight, and site conditions all move the number. New, quality used, or a mix — we spec to your budget and put the whole scope in a clear written quote before any work is scheduled.
Yes, when it fits the job — see our used pallet racking page for details. Quality used and surplus rack can cut material cost significantly, and we'll tell you plainly what condition it's in and what we wouldn't put our name on. New, used, or a mix — the quote shows which is which.
Yes. Teardown, banding and palletizing, load-out, and haul-away, priced on its own. In some cases we'll buy back usable steel and credit it against a new install.
A single-run selective system of ten to twenty bays typically installs in one to two days. Larger systems, tall frames, occupied buildings, and teardown-plus-rebuild scopes run longer. Every written quote states the days on site so you can plan around us.
Rack is installed to the manufacturer's specification and anchored per their manual. Where a permit, engineered drawings, seismic calculations, or a load-rating certification are required, those come from the manufacturer's engineer or a licensed structural engineer, and we coordinate the paperwork with you. We tell you up front when a scope needs an engineer before we quote it.
Yes. Dealers and material handling suppliers use us for overflow installs and teardowns. On those jobs we install what you sold, work from your drawings, and don't solicit your customer.
